Feeling Stuck
You keep having the same fights, the same worries, or the same patterns
and you're not sure how to break the cycle.
Carrying it all
Life feels heavy. Whether it's stress, family tension, or just a quiet sense that
something is off, it's wearing you down.
A desire for change
You care deeply about your relationships and your well-being. You just need
a little help getting there.
Hi, I’m Megan.
I became a therapist because of my own experience with therapy and how much it changed my own life. I know what it feels like to need support and how transformative the trust built in a therapeutic relationship can be.
My background and education is in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. I take a relational approach, which means I care about the full picture of your life, not just the problem in front of you. This also means that I view myself as a tool and the therapeutic relationship as the entry point for change.
Outside of the office, you'll find me hiking with my dog, sitting in nature, or watching live music at some of the amazing venues around Colorado.
I feel a deep sense of honor any time someone chooses to take this path with me. It takes courage to take the first step.
